Glendora Attorney With the Resources to Achieve Success
Success in the courtroom takes two things: the resources to bring a strong case and presence in front of a jury. At The Karl W. Schoth Law Firm in Glendora, California, I have both. I choose my cases conservatively so that I can devote my time and attention to helping each client achieve results in matters including auto accidents and elder law. As a lawyer who has been practicing for 23 years, I draw on the knowledge and experience I have gained. I know how to make a jury listen to me — to your story — so that people truly understand the ways your personal injury has affected your life.
My Knowledge and Experience
Throughout my practice history, I have gained the respect of those around me - not just from my clients, but other attorneys, judges, jurors and medical doctors as well. I am a member of the state bar association and serve as a Los Angeles County Superior Court mediator and arbitrator. In 1998, I was accepted to the American Board of Trial Advocates. The Board is an invite-only plaintiffs and defense attorneys bar association that includes in its membership the top 10 percent of all trial lawyers in America based on ability and ethics. I am also the on the board of governors of the Consumer Attorneys of California and am AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell.*
I am never afraid to take cases all the way to trial if the attitude of the defendant warrants that kind of action. I have successfully tried cases in state and federal courts, and have handled cases in California and across the United States pro hac vice in places like Missouri, New Mexico and Washington state. Much of my current work is focused on helping victims of personal injury and I have achieved several multimillion-dollar settlements and jury verdicts on behalf of clients.
My Office Location
